Cross-Office Team Represents Ebro Group and Catelli Foods in Sale of Dry Pasta Business in Canada to Barilla Group

A Locke Lord team represented Ebro Group, through its U.S. subsidiary Riviana Foods Inc. and its Canadian subsidiary Catelli Foods Corporation, in the sale of its Catelli dry pasta business in Canada to the Barilla Group. The Catelli business, valued at CAD 165 million, is comprised of the brands Catelli®, Lancia® and Splendor® and the plant in Montreal, Quebec.
