She has experience in a variety of commercial real estate and finance matters, including the representation of clients in real estate acquisitions, lending, development and leasing. Her leasing experience includes the representation of both landlords and tenants in the leasing of office buildings, industrial projects, retail shopping centers and multi-family spaces. Her lending experience includes the representation of both banks and borrowers in the structuring and documentation of transactions related to real estate and commercial financings.

Kelly’s experience includes assisting in the representation of:

  • An institutional property owner in negotiating industrial warehouse leases and related ownership issues for numerous warehouses in Texas
  • A medical center in connection with the sale of its real estate
  • Property owners in the leasing and related ownership issues for a number of office and industrial buildings located in the Houston metropolitan area
  • Developers in connection with property acquisition, development and disposition of retail shopping centers and multi-family spaces
  • Banks in structuring revolving lines of credit and collateral lending
  • Ebro Group, through its U.S. subsidiary Riviana Foods Inc., in the sale of the majority of the U.S. branded pasta portfolio of Riviana Foods to TreeHouse Foods for $242.5 million
  • Ebro Group, through its U.S. subsidiary Riviana Foods Inc. and its Canadian subsidiary Catelli Foods Corporation, in the sale of its Catelli dry pasta business ‎in Canada to the Barilla Group for CAD 165 million
  • Macquarie Principal Finance in critical elements of Macquarie’s acquisition of Multifuels Midstream Group’s regulated natural gas pipeline system in Central Texas
