We also advise customers and suppliers on a wide range of commercial and regulatory communications transactions and disputes, including in connection with managed services, co-location, interconnection and mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) arrangements. We have a number of industry-focused teams, including telecommunications, towers, fiber networks, and wireless and satellite, and our Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Group works closely with all related practice teams.

Locke Lord’s James Rubens (Boston), Jason Ulezalka (New York), Tanya Beroukhim and Brandon Curtin (both of Boston) represented Phoenix Tower International (PTI), a wireless communications infrastructure provider, in the closing of a $200 million senior secured credit facility with Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group to continue PTI’s growth in the United States.
Locke Lord’s Scott Magee (Boston) obtained a $7.5 million verdict on behalf of German software firm ITyX Solutions AG against Kodak Alaris Inc.
Advised Southwest Securities (HK) Capital Limited, the sponsor to Nexion Technologies Limited, the issuer, on its HK$72 million listing on the GEM board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
Locke Lord advised Edvance International Holdings Limited, the issuer, on its HK$80 million listing on the GEM Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong by way of placing and public offer.
