  • Yokogawa Electric Corporation in its acquisition of all of the outstanding shares of PXiSE Energy Solutions, LLC
  • Hunting PLC in its purchase of approximately 27% of the outstanding capital of Cumberland Additive Holdings LLC
  • Family Zone Cyber Safety Limited in its acquisition of Smoothwall
  • White Deer Energy in the acquisition of Jemmtec Limited (dba Magma Group) by portfolio company Unicat Catalyst Technologies
  • Martin Midstream Partners L.P. in the sale of certain assets used in connection with the Mega Lubricants shored-based terminals business to John W. Stone Oil Distributor, LLC
  • Stewart Information Services Corporation in its acquisition of NotaryCam®
  • Refuel Operating Company, LLC, in its acquisition of the assets of Holmes Oil Company, Inc.
  • Ebro Group and Riviana Foods Inc. in the sale of its U.S.-branded pasta portfolio to TreeHouse Foods for $242.5 million
  • White Deer Energy in the acquisition of a majority equity interest in Unicat Catalyst Technologies, LLC
  • Ebro Group and Riviana Foods Inc. In the sale of its Catelli dry pasta business in Canada to the Barilla Group
  • Catapult Energy Services in Covenant Testing Technologies LLC’s combination with Stuart Pressure Control, LLC
  • Park Place Dealerships in the sale of eight dealerships to Asbury Automotive Group
  • Refuel Operating Company, LLC, in its acquisition of the convenience retailing, petroleum marketing and quick-service restaurant assets of Double Quick, Inc.
  • Houston International Insurance Group, Ltd., in the completed $100 million private placement offering of securities to its existing shareholders
  • Hunting PLC in the acquisition of all the outstanding equity of Enpro Subsea, including Enpro's subsidiaries located in Norway, Ghana and the United States, for approximately $33 million
  • DNOW L.P., a subsidiary of NOW Inc., in the sale of its equity in MT Supply, Inc., and Machine Tools Supply de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V., to Blackhawk Industrial Distribution, Inc.
