The second in a multi-part series of tuition-free CLE/networking events hosted by IEL's Oilfield Services Committee, this program will focus on labor and employment issues faced by the industry, including WARN Act identification, reduction-in-force issues and alternatives, steps to take in hiring and terminating employees with respect to properly documenting the relationship and protecting company assets, and common wage and hour issues arising in the oil patch.
