Texas-Led Team Represents Embark Energy's Sale of 11 Fast Break Convenience Stores to Refuel Operating Company

A Locke Lord team led by Jennie Simmons and Shannon Schroeder (both of Houston) represented Embark Energy, a wholesale and retail fuel distribution and c-store chain, in its sale of 11 Fast Break Convenience stores and four company-owned, dealer-operated locations to Refuel Operating Company, LLC.
