As Chair of the Firm-wide Environmental Section – Real Estate and Corporate, Elizabeth Mack is the leader of a group of strong and dedicated environmental practitioners. Elizabeth has substantial experience in brownfield redevelopment, environmental compliance, and environmental litigation. Recognized in Chambers USA and named in The Best Lawyers in America for Environmental Law (among other publications), Elizabeth brings her depth of experience to state and federal environmental matters, including such diverse federal issues as the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, CERCLA, Endangered Species Act, RCRA, the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), NEPA, and the Safe Drinking Water Act. She is currently managing or overseeing environmental remediation activities at projects in more than 30 states through state run corrective action or voluntary programs. Known for keeping business interests in mind at all times, Elizabeth employs creative solutions to resolve environmental issues.
