Christopher Fontenelli's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in the areas of products liability, class actions, mass tort, commercial contractual disputes, as well as labor and employment and internal corporate investigation.
Christopher has experience drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and substantive briefs in both state and federal courts throughout the country, as well as with the judicial panel for multi-district litigation. He also has experience in taking depositions and regularly participates in discovery, conducting privileged and internal document reviews and responding to discovery requests.
Since the inception of his legal career, Christopher has provided pro bono services to KIND, a leading organization founded by Angelina Jolie and the Microsoft Corporation dedicated to providing compassionate and quality legal counsel to unaccompanied refugee and immigrant children in the United States. During that time, he has appeared in state and federal court to represent numerous unaccompanied children who enter the U.S. immigration system alone to help advance their best interests, safety and well-being.
