Locke Lord Advises WildFire Energy I in Acquisition of Brazos Valley Region of Eagle Ford Asset for $1.425 Billion
A Locke Lord team led by Kevin Peter, Jennie Simmons, Hunter Summerford and Terry Radney (all of Houston) advised WildFire Energy I LLC, an independent energy platform company, in its agreements to acquire Chesapeake Energy Corporation’s Brazos Valley region of its Eagle Ford asset for $1.425 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023.
