Locke Lord London-Led Team Advises Adriatic Metals on US$32 Million Placing

A Locke Lord team led by Nicholas Jennings (London) advised Adriatic Metals Plc (ASX:ADT, LSE:ADT1), a precious and base metals explorer and developer that owns the Vares silver project in Bosnia & Herzegovina and the Raska zinc deposit in Serbia, on its US$32 million placing of new ordinary shares. The funding will enable Adriatic to accelerate and expand its exploration activities, which will help position Adriatic as one of the leading base and precious metals developers in Europe.
