  • BSF Enterprise plc with its acquisition of 3D Bio-Tissues Limited (constituting a reverse takeover), placing and admission of the enlarged share capital to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange
  • Adriatic Metals plc in its equity fundraising of $102 million through a placing with institutional investors and a conditional equity subscription
