Locke Lord Represents WildFire Energy in Eagle Ford Acquisition of MD America Energy

A Locke Lord team led by Kevin Peter, Hunter Summerford, Jennie Simmons and Terry Radney (all of Houston) represented WildFire Energy, an independent energy platform company, in the acquisition of approximately 45,000 net acres and 200 operated wells in the East Texas Eagle Ford from MD America Energy, LLC, a Texas-based oil and gas operating company engaged in the acquisition, development, exploitation and production of crude oil and natural gas properties in East Texas.
