Locke Lord Represents Caliber Completion Services in Wireline Asset Acquisition From ClearWell Dynamics

A Locke Lord team led by Henry Benton (Dallas) represented Caliber Completion Services, LLC, in the acquisition of substantially all of the wireline assets from ClearWell Dynamics’ subsidiary formerly known as Pioneer Wireline Services. Caliber Completion Services provides cased-hole wireline services in the southern U.S. basins, as well as a broad range of other services for completions and production activities.
