Locke Lord Represents J.H. Whitney Capital Partners in Sale of Stevens Manufacturing
A Locke Lord team led by Andrew Hughes (Providence) represented private equity firm J.H. Whitney Capital Partners, LLC, in its sale of Stevens Manufacturing to Essex Industries. Located in Milford, Conn., Stevens Manufacturing is a manufacturer of precision parts for the aerospace and defense industries. Locke Lord represented J.H. Whitney in its original investment in Stevens Manufacturing in August 2014.
