Multidisciplinary Team Represents ENGIE in Sale of Waterbury Power Plant to Hull Street Capital

A Locke Lord team led by Bill Swanstrom (Houston) represented ENGIE in the sale of its Waterbury power plant, a gas-fired power plant in Connecticut, to Hull Street Capital for an undisclosed value. The Locke Lord team provided a full range of services for the transaction, including substantial assistance on environmental and litigation matters, regulatory guidance and real estate counsel in addition to corporate representation. The team included Ben Cowan, David Harrell, Sara Longtain, Ed Razim and Jeff Wallace (all of Houston), Geoff Polma (Dallas), Don Frechette and Tara Trifon (all of Hartford), Chip Rogers (Providence), Jason Ulezalka (New York) and Bruce Grabow (Washington, D.C.).
