Providence-Led Team Represents Nautic Partners and HES Facilities in Acquisition of WFF Facility and Clean-Tech

A Locke Lord team led by Mike Newquist (Providence) represented Nautic Partners’ portfolio company, HES Facilities Services, LLC, in its acquisition of WFF Facility Services (WFF) and Clean-Tech Company (CT) in partnership with WFF and CT management and shareholders.
