    • $335 million senior secured credit facility for home building products company
    • $400 million senior secured credit facility for dairy products company
    • $100 million senior secured credit facility for manufacturing company
  • Direct lending entities in lending transactions, including:
    • $70 million senior secured credit facility for behavioral health specialty company
    • $98 million senior secured credit facility for environmental services company
    • $85 million senior secured credit facility for health care management company
    • $180 million senior secured credit facility for national battery manufacturing and distributing company
  • Equity sponsors and operating companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions and recapitalizations, including:
    • $190 million first and second lien credit facilities to finance acquisition of fastener and production components company
    • $145 million of senior credit facilities to finance acquisition of plastics manufacturing company
    • $93 million of senior credit facilities to finance acquisition of real estate management company
    • $62 million senior and second lien credit facilities to finance acquisition of custom window and door manufacturer
    • $60 million senior and second lien credit facilities to finance acquisition of chemical and energy services company
