Ziwen advises clients on U.S. and international trademark prosecution, and clearance work, managing worldwide trademark portfolios and enforcing trademarks rights under U.S. and international trademark laws.
She has represented clients across a broad range of industries, including heavy machinery equipment manufacturing, telecommunications, renewable energy and pharmaceutical companies.
Before beginning her legal career, Ziwen was a program officer in the Embassy of Switzerland in China, where she managed cultural projects and coordinated diplomatic missions.
