Florida Venture Forum: 15th Annual Early Stage Capital Conference

Locke Lord is a proud sponsor of the Florida Venture Forum’s 15th Annual Early Stage Capital Conference, which will take place October 11-12, 2022 at the Grand Hyatt in Tampa, Florida. Kathleen Swan will moderate the Early Stage Investor session on October 12 at 3:30pm. The panel will provide an industry overview, including hot industry sectors, most effective approaches and more.

The Early Stage Capital Conference is one of the largest gatherings of angel and early stage investors in Florida. The two-day event facilitates fundraising for some of the fastest growing companies in the Southeast by giving them the opportunity to present to and meet with venture capitalists and angel investors. The conference will offer networking opportunities, one-on-one meetings, incubator and accelerator programs, breakout panel discussions from industry leaders and keynote speakers. The event will also feature the 12th annual Statewide Collegiate Start-up Competition, which will include pitches from entrepreneurial students representing the state’s top colleges and universities.
