  • Assisted in the representation of Rapid Genomics, a provider of mid-to high-density Next-Generation Sequencing kits and services for genotyping, in its sale to LGC, Biosearch Technologies, a leading global life science tools company
  • Assisted in the representation of a Florida-based aeronautical weapons company in its sale to a private equity firm for approximately $29 million
  • Assisted in the representation of an Oregon hospital in its acquisition by a hospital group for $100 million
  • Assisted in the representation of a private equity firm in its purchase of 100 percent of the membership interests of a veterinary supply company for approximately $27 million
  • Represented an international marine electronics company in its American business endeavors
  • Assisted in the representation of a Florida-based telemedicine company in its series A and B round of investments and assist in its day-to-day corporate legal needs
