Live Term Sheet Negotiation

Locke Lord was a co-sponsor of “Take It or Leave It: Live Term Sheet Negotiation from Both Sides of the Table” with the Hartford InsurTech Hub at the Spotlight Theater in Hartford, CT on March 28, 2019. The event featured a panel discussion and workshop on the ins-and-outs of Term Sheets with a focus on the InsurTech industry. Topics include pre-money valuation, preference, anti-dilution, captilization tables, preferred stock, no-shop, stock exit contingencies, and vesting. Both startups and investors will be interested in this dynamic program. Locke Lord partners Alan Levin and Kathleen Swan participated in the mock negotiation/panel discussion. A networking reception followed the program.
