Locke Lord Team Advises Yokogawa Electric Corporation in Acquisition of Fluence Analytics

A Locke Lord team led by Jennie Simmons and Kevin Peter (both of Houston) advised Yokogawa Electric Corporation in its acquisition of Fluence Analytics, a U.S.-based startup that provides real-time analytics solutions to polymer and biopharmaceutical companies worldwide. Through this acquisition, Fluence Analytics will integrate its operations with Yokogawa's existing business and further enhance its technological capabilities.
