Locke Lord Team Represents Gyrodata Incorporated in Its Acquisition by SLB

A Locke Lord team led by Joe Perillo and Jennie Simmons (both of Houston) represented Gyrodata Incorporated, a global company specializing in gyroscopic wellbore positioning and survey technology, in its acquisition by SLB, a global technology company. The transaction combines Gyrodata’s leading wellbore placement and surveying technologies with SLB’s Well Construction business to create a new standard in drilling performance.
