Texas-Led Team Represents Breakwater Energy Partners' Sale to Select Energy Services

A Locke Lord team led by Joe Perillo (Houston) and Henry Benton (Dallas) represented Breakwater Energy Partners, a leading provider of water infrastructure, recycling, transfer and disposal solutions in the Permian Basin, in its stock-for-stock sale to Select Energy Services, a sustainable water and chemical solutions provider to the energy industry. This acquisition will immensely expand Select’s recycling capabilities, while adding a number of new strategic customer relationships and strengthening existing relationships with new recycling opportunities.
