Locke Lord Represents Comstock Resources in $1.25 Billion Senior Notes Offer and Simultaneous Tender Offers of Senior Notes

A Locke Lord team represented Comstock Resources, Inc., in the issuance of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of new 6.75% senior notes due 2029 and cash tender offers to purchase up to $1.25 billion aggregate purchase price of its outstanding 7.50% senior notes due 2025 and 9.75% senior notes due 2026.
