A Locke Lord team led by Joe Perillo (Houston) represented White Deer Energy in the purchase of electric vehicle infrastructure design‐build business EV Infrastructure (EVI) from Renewable Energy Infrastructure Group for an undisclosed value. EVI is a leading provider of EV infrastructure engineering and construction services, primarily to commercial fleet operators. Additional assistance was provided by Jerry Higdon, Eric Larson, Sara Longtain, Ed Razim, Buddy Sanders and Case Towslee (all of Houston) and Michael Bennett (Chicago).
