Locke Lord Represents Quantic Electronics in Acquisition of TRM Microwave

A Locke Lord team led by Andrew Hughes (Providence) represented Quantic Electronics, a portfolio company of private equity firm Arcline Investment Management, in its acquisition of TRM Microwave. New Hampshire-based TRM Microwave is a manufacturer of RF/microwave components for the aerospace and defense industries. Additional assistance was provided by Susan Rainey and Robin Shaughnessy (all of Dallas), Ed Razim (Houston) and Mike Bennett (Chicago).
