Locke Lord Represents Comstock Resources in Public Offering With Net Proceeds of $196.7 Million

A Locke Lord team represented Comstock Resources, Inc., in an underwritten public offering of 40,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of $5.00 per share, with a 30-day option for underwriters to purchase up to 6,000,000 additional shares of common stock. Net proceeds from the offering, which closed on May 18, 2020, were approximately $196.7 million.
