Locke Lord Represents Prospect Partners in Sale of Portfolio Company Owen Equipment

A Locke Lord team led by John Eisel (Chicago) represented Prospect Partners in an add-on acquisition by its portfolio company Owen Equipment of Legacy Equipment Company, a Utah-based supplier of street sweepers, sewer cleaning equipment, refuse and mechanic trucks, and snow removal equipment. The deal closed Oct. 1 for an undisclosed value. Additional assistance was provided by Chris Flanagan (Boston) and Julie Dzobiak and Kevin Kelly (both of Chicago).
