In March 2012, a team of our lawyers represented United Recovery Systems and Enterprise Recovery Systems, as borrowers, in the senior secured credit facilities from The CIT Group/Business Credit Inc. United Recovery Systems operates as an accounts receivable management company and Enterprise Recovery Systems, Inc. provides resolution and recovery of delinquent accounts, and collection services for colleges and universities and state guarantee programs.
