Christine McCay is Co-Chair of the Firm’s Debt Finance Practice Group. Christine represents financial institutions, including banks, investment funds and finance companies, as well as private equity sponsors and public and private operating companies in a broad range of debt financing transactions, such as syndicated senior credit facilities, second lien, mezzanine and subordinated debt financings, distressed debt investments, restructuring and recapitalization transactions and high-yield bond issuances.

Christine represents financial institutions, including banks, investment funds and finance companies, as well as private equity sponsors and public and private operating companies in a broad range of debt financing transactions, such as syndicated senior credit facilities, second lien, mezzanine and subordinated debt financings, distressed debt investments, restructuring and recapitalization transactions and high-yield bond issuances.

Christine was a participant in the inaugural 2010-2011 Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women's Leadership Program.

Christine's experience includes the representation of:

  • Represented Kofile, Inc., and its majority investor, Audax Private Equity, in its October 2, 2020, acquisition of Bizodo, Inc. (d/b/a SeamlessDocs)
  • Agents and arrangers in syndicated lending transactions, including:
    • $600 million senior secured cross-border credit facility for international industrial supplier
    • $250 million senior secured credit facility for wine and spirits distributor
    • $120 million senior unsecured credit facility for public utility holding company
    • Multiple senior subordinated debt financings for a middle market private equity firm investing in manufacturing companies
  • Equity sponsors and portfolio companies in connection with leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalization transactions and debt restructurings, including:
    • Senior secured credit facilities in favor of an affiliate of Nautic Partners, LLC, to finance its acquisition of Spartech LLC
    • Senior secured credit facilities in favor of an affiliate of Nautic Partners, LLC, to finance its acquisition of LindFast Solutions Group
    • $445 million first and second lien credit facilities in favor of industrial adhesives manufacturer in connection with dividend recapitalization
    • $100 million senior secured credit facilities in favor of provider of outsourced substitute teacher and paraprofessional managed services to public schools
    • Multiple debt restructuring transactions for accounts receivable management services provider
  • Lamar Advertising Company in several transactions, including:
    • $1.35 billion senior secured credit facilities
    • $175 million accounts receivable securitization program
    • Multiple high yield debt transactions aggregating billions of dollars, including $600 million 3.75% notes due 2028, $550 million 4.00% notes due 2030, and $400 million 4.875% notes due 2029
