Meagan Tom concentrates her practice in consumer finance law. She regularly represents clients in state and federal courts throughout California, including bankruptcy courts, at both the trial court and appellate court level. She has extensive experience prosecuting and defending actions involving:

  • Mortgage servicing
  • Mitigation strategy and repurchase demands
