Molly McGinnis Stine works with clients throughout the United States, England, Germany and elsewhere. She is part of the Firm's Insurance: Litigation and Counseling practice group. She also is a member of the Steering Committee of the Firm’s Privacy & Cybersecurity practice group, its Incident Response Team, and its New York Department of Financial Services initiative.
Clients engage Molly's services for matters in litigation and mediation and for consideration of insurance policy wordings and potential exposures of existing or proposed insurance products. Her representation of insurers and reinsurers has involved professional liability, directors and officers, errors and omissions, and financial liability claims arising out of a number of different legal theories and factual situations. Molly has also focused on cyber, privacy, data security, communications, social media, weather, occupational exposure, and other evolving risks.
She has dealt with third party liability and casualty claims including those involving catastrophic situations and those alleging bodily injury or property damage arising from long-time or latent environmental, occupational and other exposures. She also has addressed first party property damage and business interruption claims including hurricane, mining, cargo and trucking matters. In addition, her work has involved extracontractual and bad faith topics.
