He also advises on the licensing of brands, endorsement and sponsorship agreements, and on UK advertising law.

In addition, Leigh has worked on a number of significant transactions in the consumer goods and retail sectors as well as the banking, insurance and technology sectors, including some of the largest transactions in the United Kingdom over the past few years.
