  • Trustee, Collateral Administrator and Securities Intermediary in connection with $750 million new issue Collateralized Loan Obligation transaction
  • Trustee, Collateral Administrator and Securities Intermediary in connection with $680 million refinancing of Collateralized Loan Obligation notes
  • Trustee in connection with redemption of Collateralized Loan Obligation notes and satisfaction and discharge of CLO Indenture
