Hannah Oswald focuses her practice on complex litigation and arbitration, including matters involving breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, loss-sensitive insurance programs and insurance insolvency litigation. Her experience includes extensive research, drafting dispositive and non-dispositive motions, brief writing and discovery management.
She is also a member of the Firm's Privacy & Cyber Litigation and Enforcement Team where she assists in developing theories and bases advanced in class actions, private litigation, and enforcement actions by federal and state agencies related to the collection, use, sharing, and protection of data.

While in law school, Hannah interned at Notre Dame's Economic Justice Clinic where she drafted pleadings and advocated for clients at hearings related to housing and consumer law matters. She was President of Notre Dame's Moot Court Board and competed at several tournaments.
