Tiffany Minks

Tiffany Minks focuses her practice on structured finance and securitization matters. She represents the corporate trust departments of financial institutions in their capacities as corporate trustee, collateral administrator, collateral agent, paying agent, custodian, securities intermediary and other service provider capacities. Her representative experience primarily involves collateralized loan obligation transactions, warehouse facilities and loan financing transactions.

Tiffany also has experience handling various M&A transactions and real estate acquisitions and dispositions.

Prior to the practice of law, Tiffany served in the U.S. Navy.
