Jeff Kramer's complex commercial litigation and arbitrations practice spans a broad range of industries and practice areas, including anti-corruption and FCPA litigation, international tort and FSIA litigation, labor and employment class action defense, patent infringement and trade secret defense, bankruptcy, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA and TCPA mass action defense, consumer finance, and insurance fraud and life settlement litigation. Jeff has represented international and domestic clients at all stages of litigation—from pre-litigation settlement negotiations and pre-trial motions, to post-trial motions and appeals—in federal and state court and in JAMS/AAA arbitrations. Jeff’s pro bono activities focus on the corporate formation of and the securing of tax-exempt status for children’s educational and athletic charitable organizations.

While in law school, Jeff served as a member of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal.
