Natalie's experience covers representation on all sides of taxable and tax-exempt bond issuances for municipal, governmental and 501(c)(3) entities as issuer's counsel, bond counsel, borrower's counsel, lender's counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriter's counsel.

Natalie's experience includes:

• Serving as bond counsel, borrower's counsel, underwriter's counsel and lender's counsel for taxable and tax-exempt borrowings for charter schools and higher education institutions
• Serving as bond counsel to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in connection with its issuance of general obligation bonds, transportation bonds and federal highway grant anticipation notes
• Serving as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel or issuer's counsel with respect to a variety of single family and multifamily revenue bond financings for the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency, Connecticut Housing Finance Authority and Florida Housing Finance Corporation
• Serving as bond counsel to various municipalities across The Commonwealth of Massachusetts in their issuance of general obligation bonds
