Natalie M. Jersak is an associate in the Boston office of Locke Lord LLP where she practices corporate and public finance law.
As a member of Locke Lord’s public finance practice group, her experience encompasses a wide variety of matters related to the issuance of tax-exempt bonds, including representation of issuers, borrowers, and bank purchasers in connection with revenue bond transactions and municipal government offerings.
Before joining the firm, Natalie worked as a student clinician in Boston University’s MIT Entrepreneurship and IP Clinic and as a legal intern for the Massachusetts Department of Transportation. In law school, Natalie served as a Section Representative for the Women’s Law Association, Vice President of the Entrepreneurship and Finance Club, and as an Executive Editor for Communications for the Review of Banking and Financial Law.
