Jed Hendrick is Co-Chair of the Firm’s Public Law and Policy Practice Group and has served on several Firm management committees. He also served as Managing Partner of the Firm's Boston office and as Co-Chair of the Firm's Corporate Department.
Jed serves as outside general counsel to numerous public and private companies in diverse industries. He also advises closely held businesses and their boards of directors regarding stockholder and fiduciary matters.

Jed’s experience includes the representation of:
- A Japanese client in forming joint ventures in Central and South America
- Boards of directors and special board committees of public companies involving external and internal investigations
- A Chinese manufacturing company in its bid to secure a $566 million contract from the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority
- A large regional health care system on numerous commercial and corporate matters
- One of the nation’s largest cranberry producers with operations in the United States and Canada as outside general counsel
- One of the nation's largest specialized commercial finance companies that leases and rents "micro ticket" equipment and provides other financing services as outside general counsel
- Majority stockholder interests, in negotiations with multiple suitors for the acquisition of 100% of the stock of a large regional daily newspaper, and media client, including complex negotiations with minority interests
- An international publishing client as outside general counsel
- The nation's largest dairy farmers' cooperative, headquartered in the Midwest, to acquire, obtain regulatory approvals for and subsequently divest numerous Northeast dairy processors
