Fielden Fleming

Fielden Fleming focuses his practice on advising clients in connection with complex corporate transactions, and general corporate and organizational matters. He has represented buyers, sellers, sponsors and management teams in a broad variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Locke Lord, Fielden served as General Counsel of Marvesta Holdings, where he managed the company's commercial contracting, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. As a former in-house lawyer, Fielden has a genuine interest and understanding of his clients' businesses and a deep appreciation of their needs.

Fielden has been involved in the following transactions:

• Assisted in the representation of Genesis Volatility, a pioneering crypto options analytics platform provider servicing leading financial institutions and top options exchanges, in its acquisition by Amberdata, the leading provider of digital asset data
• Represented Prospect Partners in the investment in affiliated companies Fontanesi & Kann, an HVAC equipment and servicing company, and Architectural Building Components, an architectural material supplier
