AJ Febles concentrates her practice on corporate transactions for public and private companies, particularly in capital markets and bank finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financings. She has substantial experience with life sciences and biotech clients, as well as clients in cryptocurrency, insurance, software and investment banking industries.

She has substantial experience with life sciences and biotech clients, as well as clients in cryptocurrency, insurance, software and investment banking industries.

Prior to going into private practice, AJ served as a policy analyst and legislative assistant as a Teach for America Capitol Hill Fellow for a member of the Congressional House of Representatives and taught as a Fulbright Scholar in Indonesia.

Amanda-Joy is admitted in Massachusetts. Her bar admission in Rhode Island is pending.
