Tucker Davison focuses his practice on litigating matters involving trademark infringement, patent infringement, unfair competition, deceptive trade practices, false advertising and publicity rights, as well as general commercial litigation. Tucker also helps clients obtain protection for their intellectual property, including federal registrations of trademarks, and enforce existing intellectual property rights.
Tucker has been involved in numerous aspects of patent and general commercial litigation, including pre-litigation research, initial pleadings, assisting in a complex Markman hearing, drafting summary judgment motions, drafting various other motions and discovery.

In addition to his intellectual property practice, Tucker regularly assists with Firm initiatives, ranging from mentoring and recruiting Summer Associates to being an active member of the Firm’s recreational sports teams through the Dallas Bar Association.
Tucker is also involved in the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, including being selected as a member of the DAYL’s 2021 Leadership Class.
