A. Tucker Davison


Tucker Davison focuses his practice on ‎litigating matters involving trademark ‎infringement, patent infringement, unfair ‎competition, deceptive trade practices, ‎false advertising and publicity rights, as ‎well as general commercial litigation. ‎Tucker also helps clients obtain ‎protection for their intellectual property, ‎including federal registrations of ‎trademarks, and enforce existing ‎intellectual property rights.‎

Tucker has been involved in numerous ‎aspects of patent and general commercial ‎litigation, including pre-litigation ‎research, initial pleadings, assisting in a ‎complex Markman hearing, drafting ‎summary judgment motions, drafting ‎various other motions and discovery.‎

In addition to his intellectual property ‎practice, Tucker regularly assists with Firm ‎initiatives, ranging from mentoring and ‎recruiting Summer Associates to being ‎an active member of the Firm’s ‎recreational sports teams through the ‎Dallas Bar Association.‎

Tucker is also involved in the Dallas ‎Association of Young Lawyers, including ‎being selected as a member of the DAYL’s ‎‎2021 Leadership Class.‎
