A. Tucker Davison

Tucker Davison focuses his practice on litigating matters involving trademark infringement, patent infringement, copyright infringement, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, unfair competition, deceptive trade practices, false advertising and publicity rights, as well as general commercial litigation. Tucker also helps clients obtain protection for their intellectual property, including federal registrations of trademarks, enforce existing intellectual property rights and advises clients on emerging artificial intelligence issues as it relates to their intellectual property rights.

Tucker has been involved in all aspects of patent, trademark, copyright and general commercial litigation, ranging from pre-litigation investigation to complex Markman hearings and jury trials.

• Represented global vehicle manufacturer in patent infringement action involving exhaust systems
• Represented large oilfield manufacturing company in a patent infringement lawsuit involving two patents concerning perforating guns
• Represented large trade organization of residential and commercial property inspectors involving claims of trade dress and copyright infringement
• Advising institute of child development on the protection and licensing of its intellectual property
