Emma Bennett focuses her practice on litigating complex intellectual property cases, including matters involving patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement and trade secret misappropriation. Emma has experience representing clients before the federal district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Emma also helps clients obtain protection for their intellectual property, including preparing and prosecuting patents and trademarks.

In addition to handling a broad range of intellectual property matters, she advises clients on legal issues related to privacy, cybersecurity and breach response.
