Insurance Team Represents Houston International Insurance Group in Completed Private Placement Offering of Securities to Existing Shareholders

Christopher Martin (Houston) and Brett Pritchard (Chicago) led a Locke Lord team representing Houston International Insurance Group, Ltd. (HIIG) in the recently completed $100 million private placement offering of securities to its existing shareholders. The proceeds will be primarily used for contributing additional surplus to HIIG’s insurance company subsidiaries to support growth and to strengthen its risk based capital ratios.
