Locke Lord Team Represents Deep Well Services in Purchase of Outstanding Membership Interests of Sun Energy Services

A Locke Lord team led by Joe Perillo (Houston) represented Deep Well Services, a White Deer Energy entity, in its purchase of all the outstanding membership interests of Sun Energy Services, LLC, which provides snubbing, well servicing, workover and other related services in connection with oil and gas well drilling, completion, production and well maintenance. The deal closed for an undisclosed sum. Additional Locke Lord team members included Alicia Castro, Laura Ferguson, Jerry Higdon, Eric Larson, Buddy Sanders, DeLaina Mulcahy, Lauren Corbeil, Jeff McPhaul, (all of Houston) Van Jolas (Dallas) and Paul Mahoney (Providence).
