Locke Lord Serves as Lender’s Counsel to Eastern Bank in Capstone Partners' Acquisition of Headwaters MB

Michael Harrison (Boston) served as lender’s counsel to Eastern Bank in Capstone Partners LLC’s acquisition of Headwaters MB, LLC to form Capstone Headwaters LLC. According to Capstone’s press release, the transaction unites two leading middle market investment banking firms into a single platform and creates one of the largest independent investment banks in the United States with comprehensive vertical and product coverage for entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, private equity sponsors and creditors. The deal closed on Dec. 22, 2017 for an undisclosed value.
