Locke Lord Represents Badger Midstream Energy in Natural Gas Gathering and Processing Dispute

A Locke Lord team represented Badger Midstream Energy LP in a natural gas gathering and processing dispute in which Badger accused Scout Energy Group II LP of surreptitiously taking about $20 million worth of product from the pipeline stream. The case settled on July 30, 2018 with Scout agreeing to purchase Badger's processing plant for $15 million, to forgive approximately $2 million in debt, and to waive its affirmative claims against Badger, which it alleged were worth $2 million-$4 million. Additional Locke Lord team members included Janet Militello and Emma Doineau (both of Houston).
