NCAB Group acquisition of printed circuit board (PCB) operations of M-Wave International, LLC
This was the second such acquisition for which we assisted NCAB. The world’s largest outsourced-supplier of PCBs, NCAB is a Swedish technology company having 13 global locations in North America, Europe, and Asia, including China. In October 2012, Edwards Wildman assisted NCAB in starting its US operations by purchasing subsidiaries in New Hampshire, Hong Kong, and the PRC.
