Reibstein also examines three recent cases that illustrate how companies can create good arbitration clauses in independent contractor agreements. He stresses that “the importance of enhancing compliance with employment and independent contractor laws and not relying simply on an arbitration clause with a class action waiver cannot be overstated.”
